Employee Referral Program

Referral Fee of $500 for a billable candidate.
Referral fees will be paid 90 days after the candidate's start date.
Additional bonuses of $1000 will be paid with your fifth referral and $1500 with your tenth referral.

You must obtain and submit an Employee Referral Program Form to get credit for each referral. Forms may be obtained from the Employee Help Desk.
