With six years of international service centre management under his belt, Jim boasts a robust background spanning user training, application development, and hardware/software support. At Transax Systems, Jim served as a senior technical manager, instrumental in vendor relations, product development, and project leadership. His tenure at Dun & Bradstreet further showcased his prowess in senior technical management, where he implemented transformative design changes, resulting in substantial revenue growth. Jim graduated with honors from Hofstra University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Computer Information Systems.
